T.O.P.G.U.N. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD

In 2004, PPD initiated the T.O.P.G.U.N. Customer Service Award for employees who have exhibited exceptional customer service. The inaugural award went to Danny Grant, Maintenance Specialist in the Systems Department who responded to a night-time emergency at the President’s Residence during an event with about 200 people. Danny’s quick thinking saved the University embarrassment when he was able to resolve the problem to allow the event to continue as planned.
