QUALITY OFFICE
The Quality Office promotes the use of total quality management philosophy, principles and practices
throughout the Physical Plant Division. The staff are responsible for development and implementation
of a division-wide strategic plan for quality. The Qualify Office provides consultation in the areas
of process improvement and team-based problem-solving. They oversee the administration of the annual
customer survey and employee survey. Continuous quality improvement training, customer service training,
leadership training and annual retreats are developed and delivered out of this office. Additionally,
they are responsible for planning and conducting management and operational studies which maximize
customer satisfaction and PPD efficiency.
