ROOF AND BUILDING ENVELOPE INSPECTIONS
The primary function of this office within Operations Engineering is to review and inspection of all new construction and renovation projects on campus. This office also maintains a flooring database, roof maintenance charts, cost analysis for roof replacement, as well as infrared and visual surveys on E&G roofs, walls, and foundations. New roof warranties, as well as maintenance and repair records are maintained throughout the life of a roof.
This office also provides daily support to PPD's Facilities Department, and serves as the escort for individuals requiring access to roofs on campus
