WORK ORDERS
Work Orders will be written by the Motor Pool staff at the service desk. Please go to the service desk first to report all service needs. All you need to bring in is the vehicle number and the mileage. A contact person and phone number will also be required. A detailed description of the needed services will complete the transaction. Be prepared to leave the vehicle with us unless other prior arrangements have been made. We will call you when the vehicle is ready to be picked up.
