24 Hour Refueling
Refueling services for ethanol, diesel and gasoline are available 24 hours a day through the use of a special access key (TRAK) available at the Motor Pool for University vehicles. If a vehicle TRAK key is lost, contact the Motor Pool at (352) 392-1131 for replacement assistance.
TRAK Fueling Procedure:
Please Note: Gator 1 Card must be used to begin this process.
- Press ENTER to begin.
- Enter the vehicle's mileage without tenths. Do not enter 0 (zero) as the first digit. Press ENTER.
- Insert the black vehicle key and wait for beep.
- Select a pump from those offered and press ENTER.
- Press yellow button on pump to reset counter.
- Begin fueling.
- When finished, hang up the nozzle.
- Write your own receipt if necessary. Copies in the blue box at first island.
