24 HOUR REFUELING

Refueling services for ethanol, diesel and gasoline are available 24 hours a day through the use of a special access key (TRAK) available at the Motor Pool for University vehicles. If a vehicle TRAK key is lost, contact the Motor Pool at (352) 392-1131 for replacement assistance.

TRAK Fueling Procedure:

Please Note:  Gator 1 Card must be used to begin this process.

  1. Press ENTER to begin.
  2. Enter the vehicle's mileage without tenths. Do not enter 0 (zero) as the first digit. Press ENTER.
  3. Insert the black vehicle key and wait for beep.
  4. Select a pump from those offered and press ENTER.
  5. Press yellow button on pump to reset counter.
  6. Begin fueling.
  7. When finished, hang up the nozzle.
  8. Write your own receipt if necessary. Copies in the blue box at first island.
