NEW VEHICLE REGISTRATION
All University of Florida departments desiring to have newly purchased vehicles registered for
service/fuel at the Motor Pool must complete and forward
a Document to Register
Purchased State Vehicles Form. Attach all required documents to this form and forward
to the PPD Motor Pool. Newly purchased vehicles can only receive service/fuel when all
requested information has been provided with an authorization signature. Forms should be
sent to:
