BENEFITS
As a University of Florida employee, there are many benefits plans and programs that are available to you. To take advantage of these benefits, you must sign up within the first sixty (60) days of your date of hire. Changes in your insurance package may also be made during the fall open enrollment period or after a qualifying status event. The University of Florida offers:
- Full Health Insurance Plans, including a Spouse Program and Supplemental Insurance Plans
- Flexible Benefits, including Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Day Care Reimbursement
- Pre-Tax Premiums available on selected plans
