PPD established the Office of Ombudsman in response to a suggestion from one of our long-time employees who noted (correctly) that sometimes our customers have questions or concerns that need to be addressed. Pam Walker is the Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Assistant Vice President and serves as Ombudsman. She is available to answer questions, refer callers to individuals or departments for assistance, and can work with customers and PPD to resolve issues that occur.
