PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Management Section of the Architecture & Engineering Department provides management services to the E & G Budget Entities on Campus and occasionally works with other Campus Entities as well. Our primary function is to assist these groups in the construction and renovation of facilities in support of their programs. Our Projects generally fall within the construction budget range of $35,000 to $1,000,000. We assist the initiator of the Project with their Scope of Work and preliminary budget development, engage the services of an Architect/Engineer Consultant and guide the Project design through the various checks and reviews which serve to ensure that the projects meet all customer, statutory, code and University requirements. Through Bidding, Construction and Final Closeout, we work to ensure that the end user's goals are met and the University's interests are served.
