DOCUMENTS & RECORDS
The Documents & Records Section of the Architecture & Engineering Department is responsible for maintaining a set of University real property records, the record drawings and as-built floor plans for University buildings classified as "Education & General (E&G)," the Campus base map and associated Campus utilities maps, and other records relating to University facilities.
Additional responsibilities of the Documents & Records Section include maintenance of the University's water and storm water permits issued by the St. Johns River Water Management District and coordination of both the University's review of construction design documents for Physical Plant Division-managed projects and the Physical Plant Division's review of projects managed by other University divisions.
PPD Reference Data provides the reader access to download many of the documents maintained by the Architecture & Engineering Documents & Records Section, including but not limited to, Utility Maps, Aerials, Permits, Reports and Maps.
