CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
The Contract Management Section is responsible for all aspects of the contractual obligations involving the activities of the Architecture & Engineering Department. Our Section works in concert with the Board of Trustees, Purchasing, Construction Accounting and other departments to ensure compliance of the set policies and procedures involving the procurement and disbursement of projects' funds. Some of the procurement and disbursement items for which we are responsible are: the continuing annual service agreements for the consultants and construction managers, purchase orders, change orders, and consultant's and contractor's pay requests.
Our Section liaisons with Project Managers, other University Departments, Purchasing, Construction Accounting, Accounts Payable, State Agencies, Consultants and Contractors to handle financial inquiries and issues.
